Sheet metal roof with a lot of dense algae and mold covering the roof sheet metal. Applied light coats of our proprietary solution to break up the mold and algae. After some light brushing and attention to detail was successfully able to remove the thick algae and mold. 

I cannot emphasize enough the importance of having a clean roof. A dirty roof, covered in grime, dirt and algae can create so many other issues for your exterior home surfaces. The buildup will result in collecting of leaves and branches that will affect the flow of rainwater off your roof. Using our proprietary solutions, technical application and methodology we are able to safely remove most if not all of the filth and grime off your roof. 

Often times our foundations are covered in dirt, grime, algae and moss. This usually happens when rainwater falls from your roofs. hits the ground and splashes back up onto your foundation or exterior walls. It can also be caused by irrigation systems if the water hits your house and doesn't dry quickly. If not treated, these algae and moss will spread to the other surfaces of your home. This could lead to other concerning issues but will be very unsightly. Our "Bright Stuff" solutions when combined and applied properly attack the grime, algae and moss at the source. This results in a brighter look without causing any damages to the surfaces. 

The entrance to a home is one of the first things a visitor sees. It sets the tone for the rest of the house, so why not make it beautiful and inviting. Our soft wash process using our proprietary solutions will not only clean but also brighten the entrance to your beautiful home. 

This beautiful home and specifically its entrance way was covered in bird poop. Not only is bird poop acidic and unsightly, it is also very unsanitary. This client no longer used her entrance way as she found it dirty and nasty to look at. 

First, we removed all the objects from her entrance way, scrapped up and properly disposed of the poop. We followed that with our pressure washer wand to help remove the hard stuck on layer of poop that was on her concrete. We then pretreated the area as we cleaned and sanitized the rest of the entrance way. We then put some more of our proprietary cleaning solutions on the area and surface cleaned using our commercial grade surface cleaner. 

Realizing some of the stain was still visible we used our Bright Stuff Rust Remover that helped penetrate the poop stain and lift it from the concrete. We then pressure washed that using our wand and post treaded for a visually better-looking entrance way. Our solutions not only clean but also sanitize.
