Bright Brothers of North Austin were extremely professional, and out of the 5 companies I reached out to for quotes, only Kevin came prepared with an efficient and effective presentation outlining each service offered. He actively listened to my needs, and I never felt pressured to purchase anything additional.The day of the exterior house clean, Kevin and his crew arrived as scheduled and even called when they were about 15 min out, which was much appreciated. They did a beautiful job with my front porch, which was riddled with bird poop, restored both my front and back doors to their former glory, made my windows, brick, and stone sparkle, and made the gutters look brand new. Once the job was complete, Kevin helped hang scare tape on my front porch and back patio to deter birds from building nests, which wasn’t required but so greatly appreciated. We recently hired Bright Brothers of North Austin to power wash our porch, wash our stucco home, and clean all our windows—and they exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, the team was prompt, professional, and incredibly friendly. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and it was clear they truly care about doing quality work.Our home looks amazing now—fresh, clean, and brighter than it’s looked in years. After completing the job and getting commended on the outstanding work and receiving a 5-Star Google review, Jeff told me he couldn't wait for his wife to get home and see how beautiful and clean the home looked. The next day while out walking the dogs, Jeff's wife Holly was driving by and stopped the car, rolled down the windows to thank me. She proceeded to say, " the house looked as beautiful and clean as the first day they bought it". She continued to thank me for getting all the algae off her home and making it look cleaner and brighter. She was so ecstatic and grateful for the amazing job my production team did on her home.

Bright Brothers are the best!! We have worked with them twice and each time has been a pleasure. They work super hard and the quality of their work speaks for itself. They are also so kind and try their best to make the customer happy. I could not recommend them enough!! They attached lights to our backyard and put in covers for our gutters. Go with these guys they will not disappoint!

There is a reason you see only 5 star reviews on Google, these guys get it done and they are honorable and respectful to boot. I understand they have a business to run but it makes the world of a difference to be able to speak frankly with their team and tailor the appropriate solutions for our home. They completed a wash of stone, all concrete surfaces, windows and all material from the gutters. They also raised concerns and made some recommendations to us on some other work to keep our home in great shape that they can't even do or make any profit from. That level of detail sets them apart. Thank you to Kevin and his team for such great work, I look forward to working with you guys again!
